analysis of disputes allows us to study the company in its most dynamic and allows to take into account the views of all actors involved, and they are not human beings.

To do this we have sampled the product in the experiment ' École Normale Supérieure in Paris from Latour professor and his students. In the experiment the students choose a scientific controversy and analyze in detail so as to best present all points of view on the issue, the actors involved, techniques, problems and mapping of the litigation. Essential in a study of this type is not "siding" for any of the parties involved and limited to observation. This means:

- do not refer to any theory or methodology of departure, but be as open as possible to all the theories and methodologies to be used;

- you need to multiply views on the dispute and remain impartial

Our group has decided to deal with the dispute tied to the story of Oscar Pistorius, the South African athlete with prosthetic carbon fiber, that connects to the theme of ethical use of technology within the sport and to his account as a "cyborg" thanks to the use of technology.

In particular, we have seen in detail Vivenda, which actors are involved in this dispute (Osacr Pistorius, prosthetic carbon fiber, the IAAF and Tas), judgments and medical studies conducted on ' attleta disability and the issues related to the dispute in question trying to keep as neutral as possible and not to take sides with either party involved.
