TRACK FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PROJECT
Announcement 2008 Law 23/99
Abstract

Questa delicata e fondamentale comunicazione viene comunemente lasciata alla buona volontà dei singoli o relegata alla responsabilità dei “rappresentanti”.
Le difficoltà vengono gestite individualmente portando spesso ad un conflitto molto doloroso che pregiudica la creazione di un clima sereno e di alleanza tra adulti che solo permette ai bambini di crescere in modo armonico.
Il problema è complesso e nelle famiglie è vissuto intrecciato all’espressione di emozioni, di percezioni, di valori e di pensieri suscitati dalla relazione profonda con i figli e dalle aspettative in riferimento al loro percorso di crescita.
Ciò che si osserva è spesso che… i genitori di mazzano iscrivono i propri figli a Rezzato, quelli di rezzato a botticino, quelli di botticino a…alla ricerca della scuola perfetta, dell’allenatore migliore, del catechista più innovatore…Ogni famiglia affronta come può, a livello personale e solitario il problema, assumendosi anche onerosi compiti organizzativi, trasformandosi in “taxisti”, sradicando spesso i propri figli, e se stessi, dalla realtà locale di vita, da quelle relazioni di buon vicinato che solitamente aggregano le famiglie e fanno nascere il senso di appartenenza ad un territorio, solidarity between neighboring families. Purpose:
The project aims to propose innovative experimental and awareness-raising and training for families to grow the power to dialogue with schools and other educational and reality you experience and consolidate good practices for meeting, dialogue and conflict management.
Objectives:
provide opportunities for meeting and multi-stakeholder dialogue between families and other educational realities;
propose training initiatives that make educating competent adults in relation to each other, both personal and group / institutional
offer training opportunities to meet permitting testing of a frank dialogue on mutual perceptions and attributions of responsibility in the upbringing of children or young
Realising different initiatives, considering the different reality-relational communication lived in different types of school or in relation to different educational roles
create a permanent committee for dialogue between school and family and really educating the area, a working group to study, experience and propose specific actions beyond the time for implementing this project.
Activities Specific activities to be defined.
The first one could be the establishment of the "experimental study", consisting of parents and teachers / other educators who experience first and foremost and then propose some ways of communication to the area. A group that becomes the engine thinking the project.
could be piloted initially at least one initiative for every "type of relationship":
For the relationship between family and kindergarten
For the relationship between the family and primary school
For the relationship between secondary school families
For the relationship between family and sport centers
For the relationship between families and parishes
For every initiative we could choose a topic of common interest as a pretext for the meeting and confrontation, then move to discuss the mutual relationship.
(eg. For the secondary school we could work on the town needs to form in relation to the use consapevole di internet ; per la scuola dell’infanzia il tema delle emozioni che colorano il processo di separazione…; per la primaria il tema potrebbe essere la gestione efficace dell’aggressività e del conflitto….)
Potremmo diversificare anche le modalità con cui concretizzarla (corso di formazione, incontri di sensibilizzazione, feste, giochi di ruolo, teatro forum, relazioni/colloqui individuali….
Visto che abbiamo a disposizione tre territori, potremmo scegliere un territorio per sperimentare il lavoro con la scuola dell’infanzia, un altro per quello con la primaria… un terzo per le realtà sportive…
Quindi pensare ad alcune iniziative which gather all the people I met and who have participated in individual activities.
